ACKGROUND This is an unlawful detainer action concerning the possession of properties located at 1100 Temple Street (“Temple Property’) and 333 North Beaudry Avenue (‘Beaudry Property’) in Los Angeles, California (collectively, “Properties”) i Plaintiff 1100 West Temple Investors, LLC (‘Plaintiff’) and Defendant Jose Munoz (‘Munoz’) filed a Stipulation for Entry of Judgment (the “Stipulation”) on July 18, 2018. In addition, the Court signed and entered a judgment of possession in favor of Plaintiff on July 18, 2018. ANALYSIS Munoz moves to enforce a provision of the Stipulation in which Plaintiff was to pay Munoz $4,000.00 upon the timely and complete vacation of the Premises. Munoz asserts that he timely and complete vacated the Premises but has not been paid. Munoz moves e enforce this provision per CCP § 664.6.
