ANALYSIS: On February 24, 2022, Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (Plaintiff) filed this subrogation action against Defendant Lluvia Noriko Soto (Defendant). Defendant filed an answer on July 25, 2022. On November 21, 2023, Plaintiff filed a copy of the parties settlement agreement with a request for dismissal and retention of jurisdiction under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6.
