submit this Supplemental Case Management Statement in advance of the September 16, 2020
conference.
Petitioners are informed that on September 8, 2020, the Judicial Council of California
designated San Francisco County Superior Court as the court that will hear the Petitions for
Coordination. Petitioners anticipate that the Honorable Garrett L. Wong, Presiding Judge of San
Francisco County Superior Court, will designate and assign a judge to hear the coordination motion
shortly.
