ORDER: After hearing with notice on Plaintiff's Application for Preliminary Injunction pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 65 and M.G.L. Chapter 214, Section 3, it is hereby Ordered as follows: Frank M. Polak is preliminarily enjoined from selling, assigning, conveying, encumbering, transferring or in any way disposing of any of his Membership Interests in Tucard, LLC and A-Tucard, Self Storage, LLC and all of his rights, title and interest in any proceeds therefrom in, until further Order of this Court. Upon recording of this Order with Middlesex North Registry of Deeds and by the filing of UCC-1 financing statement with the Massachusetts Secretary of State UCC Division, The Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank shall hold a secured equitable lien claim against Frank M. Polak's interests in Tucard, LLC and A-Tucard, Self Storage, LLC. Certified Copy given in hand.
