RULING
Lynette Shaw’s (“Shaw”) Demurrer to the First Amended Cross-Complaints (“FACC”) by
Donald and Clinton Walker (collectively “Walkers”) is OVERRULED.
BACKGROUND
The underlying action arose out of the sale of an interest in a medical marijuana dispensary.
Plaintiff Marin Green LLC filed its Complaint on September 2, 2020. Lynnette Shaw filed her
Cross-Complaint in this matter on April 23, 2021. The Walkers also filed their own Cross-
Complaints, which they then amended, and filed the FACCs at issue in this demurrer on or about
August 01, 2022.
