STAYED pending the completion of arbitration.
Background
The underlying action arose out of the sale of an interest in a retail cannabis dispensary known as
Marin Alliance for Medical Marijuana (““MAMM”). On October 8, 2019 Lynette Shaw
(“Shaw”) sold a one-half interest in MAMM to Cross-Defendant Gold Bar and at the same time
