The Court is not sure why Defendants brought this as a noticed motion, instead of a motion in limine. The motion was unopposed; the Court routinely grants these motions when presented as a motion in limine. Doing so would have saved defense counsel time and the Court time, and would have saved defendants the attorneys fees associated with this motion.

BACKGROUND:
