The Hon. Kenneth K. So is a judge for the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He initially served on the San Diego Municipal Court from 1994 to 1998. He was then elevated to the Superior Court of San Diego County, where he has served as its presiding judge, supervising criminal judge, and presiding judge of the appellate division.
So earned an A.B. from Harvard University. He then received a J.D. from the University of California.
Prior to his appointment to the bench, So served in the Office of the City Attorney of San Diego. During his tenure there, he prosecuted criminal cases, eventually becoming chief deputy city attorney for the Legislative and Public Affairs Committee in 1991.
