ORDER MODIFYING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
On the 9th day of December 2021, came on for consideration Visio Financial Services, Inc.
(“Visio”) and Servis One, Inc. dba BSI Financial Services' (“BSI”) Fourth Motion to Dissolve
Injunction (the “Motion”).
After considering the pleadings on file, the motion, testimony, the response and the
arguments of counsel, it is the opinion of the Court that the Motion should be GRANTED IN
PART.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Temporary Injunction (and all modifications of
the Injunction) preventing the foreclosure of three properties: (1) 2217 Linsay Avenue, Weslaco,
Texas 78596, (2) 1612 Del Oro Drive, Weslaco, Texas 78599 and (3) 4009 Sabatini Drive,
Weslaco, Texas 78599 (the "Properties") entered on October 19, 2018, is further MODIFIED as
follows:
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that the Temporary Injunction executed
on October 19, 2018 shall immediately be modified to include the following conditions:

1. The Plaintiff shall pay into the registry of the Court the sum of $18,000.00 by
December 15, 2021; and
2. Commencing on January 15, 2022, and by the 15th of every month thereafter during
the pendency of this lawsuit, Plaintiff shall pay into the registry of the Court the
monthly sum of $3,000.00. In the event the 15th of any given month is a Saturday,
Sunday or federal holiday, the said monthly payment shall be delivered on the next
day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.
3. In the event Plaintiff fails to pay the required $18,000.00 by December 15, 2021,
as required above, then this Temporary Injunction shall dissolve without further
action required by the Court with movants entitled to proceed with the non-judicial
foreclosure sale of all or any of the Properties.
