I. MEDIATION
The mediation was taken off calendar that was originally set before the Honorable Alfred
5 Chiantelli (ret.) with ADR Services on May 27, 2021 because Plaintiffs'ounsel unilaterally
6 withdrew the depositions of her clients.
II. DISCOVERY
Defendants intended on deposing Khalil Mslalam, Julnar Msalam, Andrew Msalam and
9 Jimilah Msalam. They were withdrawn by Plaintiff s counsel after agreeing to a date.
10 Plaintiffs were in the process of amending some defective discovery responses.
Defendants will conduct expert discovery when the exchanges occur.

13 Defendants anticipate this trial will last six days (under pre-COVID conditions).
