The Plaintiff, a victim of childhood sexual abuse, was sexually abused by Defendant Jon David Woody, an agent and/or employee of Big Brother's Big Sisters of America and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monterey County. Plaintiff has alleged various damages as a result of the abuse she suffered, including economic pain and suffering.
