On this day, came to be heard Harvey LeMaster d/b/a Insurance Office of Montgomery’s
(“Defendant” and/or “LeMaster”) Motion to Sever Plaintiffs’ causes of actionagainst LeMastér.
The Court, after reviewing the'documents on file, is of 'the opinion that the motion should be
GRANTED, and all claims against LeMastér should be severed from the remaining claims against
all other Defendants.

THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that LeMaster’s Motion
to Sever is GRANTED in its entirety, and Plaintiffs’ claims and causes of action against LeMastef
