On July ZS, 2020, a Case Management Conference was held in Department 2 of
this Court before the Honorable Marie S. Weiner. William Pao of Setareh Law Group
and roman Shkodnick of David Yeremian & Associates Inc. appeared on behalf of
Plaintiffs; and Kathryn fox of Buchalter PC appeared on behalf of Defendant MobileOne
LLC.
Counsel for the parties indicated that they are willing to participate in mediation.
Counsel shall select a mediator and set up a mediation session.
The brieng schedule on class certication was discussed and agreed.
The Court made the following rulings at the Conference, which are set forth
herein as the formal order of this Court.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Counsel for the parties shall le and serve a Status Report identifying the
mediator they have selected and the date of the mediation session.
2. On or before September 11, 2020, Plaintiffs shall le and serve their
Motion for Class Certication. Any Opposition shall be led and served on or before
October 23, 2020. Any Reply shall be led and served on 0r before December 4, 2020.
Hearing on the motion is set for Monday, December l4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in
Department 2 of'this Court. Appearances shall be remote only, using CourtCall.
