(A15998 1 .) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. The temporary stay ofthese coordinated proceedings is immediately LIFTED. There is no stay. 2. A Case Management Conference is set for Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Department 2 of this Court, located at Courtroom 2E, 400 County Center, Redwood City, California. All appearances‘shall be remote only, using CourtCall. 3. In anticipation of the Case Management Conference, counsel for the parties should be prepared to discuss at the hearing and le written case management conference statements (in prose and details, not using the standardized Judicial Council form) with a courtesy copy delivered directly to Department 2 on or before July 21, 2020, as to the following: i a. Status of Discovery, including production of documents by all parties, depositions of Plaintiffs, and depositions of Defendant PMKs; i b. Status of Settlement or Mediation; c. Proposed brieng schedule on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certication, and what specific discovery is‘still needed in support of the motion or in opposition to the motion; d. Any other anticipated motions and proposed brieng schedule; e. Setting of next CMC date; and f. Any other matters for which the parties seek Court ruling or scheduling.
