2 I, CLAIRE E. COCHRAN, ESQ., declare as follows:
3 1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California and duly qualified
4 to practice before all courts of the State of California. I am the Owner and Principal of
5 the law firm Law Offices of Claire Cochran, P.C. (“LOCC”), attorneys of record for
6 Plaintiff NATHAN PETER RUNYON (“Plaintiff”) in this civil action. If called
7 upon as a witness, I could and would competently testify to the following based on
8 personal knowledge of the facts that I have acquired:
9 2. Gregory W. Stevens, Esquire is an attorney in the State of Utah in good standing with
10 the Utah State Bar and has never been suspended or disbarred by any Bar or by any
11 Court. He resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
12 3. The Application for Admission of Mr. Stevens pro hac vice is brought on the basis
13 that his participation and appearance in this matter, and in particular as a skilled trial
14 attorney with substantial experience in employment-related matters, may, from time
15 to time through the course civil action, assist the undersigned counsel in her firm’s
16 representation of the Plaintiff.

18 appear as counsel pro hac vice on all counsel of record in this matter; electronically
