The Court, having considered the Motion, arguments of counsel and finding that due notice had
been provided to the Association, as required by the TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, and
further finding good cause exists for the withdrawal of the attorneys, the Court is of the opinion
that the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED that the MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY OF
RECORD is GRANTED, and William S. Chesney, III, and the law firm of Frank, Elmore, Lievens,
Chesney & Turet, L.L.P. (jointly “Attorneys”), are hereby granted withdrawal from any further
representation of the Pines Condominium Association, Inc. from the date of this Order.
IT IS, FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Pines Condominiums Association, Inc. is
required to retain substitute counsel, and such new counsel shall file an appearance of record, on
