On this day came to be considered Defendant Texas Southern University’s Hybrid Motion
for Summary Judgment.
After reviewing Defendant’s No Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment, the Response,
the Reply, legal arguments, and legal authority, the Court is of the opinion that the motion is
meritorious and should be GRANTED.
After reviewing Defendant’s Traditional Motion for Summary Judgment, the Response, the
Reply, legal arguments, and legal authority,the Court is of the opinion that the motion is meritorious
and should be GRANTED.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Texas Southern University’s Hybrid Motion
for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Accordingly, all claims set forth in Plaintiff Guatam Nayer,
PhD’s are hereby DISMISSED as a matter of law with prejudice to refiling the same. The Court
hereby administratively closes this lawsuit.
