This Motion t0 Stay proceedings is brought by DAVID MCENTIRE, Respondent, Who
shows in support:
1. On February 21, 2020, Respondent’s attorney in Kentucky filed a Motion to Vacate
the decision to allow transfer, requesting that the Kentucky court retain itsjurisdiction
over the existing custody case there.
2. Respondent asks that proceedings in the 442ml Judicial District Court be stayed until
Kentucky Court can hear the Motion to Vacate, consider argument, and make a ruling.
