their Original Answer to Plaintiff’s Original Petition (the “Petition”) filed by Plaintiff Matthew
Smith (“Smith” or “Plaintiff”).
General Denial
Pursuant to Tex. R. Civ. P. 92, Defendants generally deny all the allegations in
Smith’s Petition and request that this Court require Smith to prove his allegations by a
preponderance of the evidence as required by the laws of the State of Texas.
II. Requests for Disclosure
Defendants request that Smith disclose the information described in Tex. R. Civ.
P. 194.2 (a)-(l).
III. Conclusion
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Defendants pray that Plaintiff Smith take
nothing by this suit and that this action be dismissed. Defendants further pray that Defendants be
