1 Plaintiff Impact Paper &, Ink LTD ("Plaintiff') and Defendants Alan Sajadi and Pacific

4 WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed this action against Defendants alleging claims for
5 misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, intentional interference with prospective
6 economic advantage, conversion, breach of contract, and injunctive relief;

8 releases all claims and causes of action against Defendants;

21 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by plaintiff, IMPACT PAPER & INK, L fD, pursuant to California
22 Rules of Court, Rule 3.1385(c), that the above-entitled matter has been conditionally settled. As
23 part of the conditional settlement, the parties have agreed toa stipulated permanent injunction. As
24 such, the parties shall be requesting the court enter an order granting its permanent injunction.
25 The settlement agreement and stipulated permanent injunction shall be filed with the court within
26 45 days pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1385(c). Upon compliance with settlement
27 teens (March 1, 2018), the action shall be dismissed.
