FINAL JUDGMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this date came to be considered for trial the above styled and
numbered cause filed on May 5, 2017. Respondent YANICK SEMEDO LOPES PEREIRA, owner and
possessor of the ONE 2008 TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE, was served on May 22, 2017. It now appears
that no answer or appearance has been filed by Respondent YANICK SEMEDO LOPES PEREIRA
claiming an interest in the ONE 2008 TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE.
The Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and parties, and Final Default Judgment should be
granted herein. The Court finds that the ONE 2008 TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE is contraband and
subject to forfeiture. It is therefore:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the ONE 2008 TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE,
VIN: 2MTDOINE18J325081, is contraband and forfeited to the State of Texas, and is awarded to the
Harris County District Attorney’s Office. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the said ONE 2008
TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE, VIN: 2MTDO1NE18J325081, is to be sold at public auction, and the
proceeds, less costs, be distributed in the following manner: all to be administered by the Harris County
District Attorney’s Office for the law enforcement agencies and Harris County in compliance with their
local agreement, the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 59.06(c), and audited in accordance with Article
59.06(g).
Costs of court are charged against the Respondent YANICK SEMEDO LOPES PEREIRA. All
relief not granted herein is denied. This judgment finally disposes of all parties and all claims and is
appealable.
