RULE 11 AGREEMENT
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, the State of Texas, represented by the undersigned Assistant
District Attorney, and Respondent YANICK SEMEDO LOPES PEREIRA, through his attorney
of record, Michael E. Stoll, in the above-captioned forfeiture proceeding now pending before the
Court, and files this written agreement, pursuant to Rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil
Procedure, to extend the time for Plaintiff's Responses to Respondent’s Request for Disclosure.
Plaintiff and Respondent hereby agree to delay all discovery, and responses to discovery
previously propounded, until the criminal case currently underlying this civil case has been
disposed. Plaintiff and Respondent agree that Plaintiffs Responses to Respondent’s Request for
Disclosure previously propounded will be due thirty days after Respondent’s criminal case has
disposed.
