THE ROSIA L. HART REVOCABLE | INCREASE IN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S
TRUST DATED MAY 19, 2004 BOND

PETITIONER, PAULA R. BIBBS, as Successor Trustee of the ROSIA L. HART
REVOCABLE TRUST (‘Trust’), presents her Ex Parte Application for an Increase in
Successor Trustee’s Bond, and hereby alleges as follows:

1. Petitioner is the appointed Successor Trustee by the Order Appointing
Paula R. Bibbs as General Successor Trustee filed on March 25, 2014. Petitioner has
filed her First accounting as Trustee in this County and has been made aware that the
bond is insufficient.

2. Petitioner carries a trustee bond in the amount of $177,000.00 which should

be increased.

3. The calculation for the increased bond, based on the First Account to be
filed shortly, is as follows:
Appraised Value’ of personal property: $121,377.28
Appraised Value of real property, less 0.00
encumbrances, that Conservator has

independent power to sell without approval or
confirmation of the Court:

Probable Annual Income’® from all assets of 156,308.84

Probable Annual Gross Payments® per 0.00
Probate Code §2320(c)(3):

TOTAL: $277,686.12
10% of the value up to and including 27,768.61

TOTAL ADDITIONAL AMOUNT INCLUDING $305,454.73
THE COST OF RECOVERY:

Therefore, total bond should be $306,000.00, and the current bond of $177,000.00
should be increased by $129,000.00 including the costs of recovery.

4, No one has requested special notice.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests an order that:

1. Bond be increased to $306,000.00, including the costs of recovery;

2. Petitioner file an additional bond of $129,000; and

3. For such other relief as the Court may deem proper.
