been considered, and it appearing that defendant The Testate and Intestate Successors of Sherrie Snelgro,
Deceased and All Persons Claiming By, Through or Under Said Decedent could not with reasonable
diligence be served under Code of Civil Procedure Sections 415.10 through 415.30, and good cause
appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. That the Summons in this action shall be served on defendant: "The Testate and Intestate
Successors of Sherrie Snelgro, Deceased, and All Persons Claiming By, Through, or Under Sai
Decedent", by publication in the San Francisco Examiner newspaper, a paper of genera
circulation in the County of San Francisco, California once a week for four successive weeks and
in accord with Government Code Section 6064.
ORDER ON EX PARTE APPLICATION TO PUBLISH SUMMONS
12. That said-publication shall include the defendant "The Testate and Intestate Successors 9
Sherrie Snelgro, Deceased, and All Persons Claiming By, Through, or Under Said Decedent " as
well as a description of the real property in dispute as follows:
245 Broad Street, City and County of San Francisco, California, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Broad Street, distant thereon 410 feet
westerly from the westerly line of Capitol Avenue; running thence westerly along said line of
Broad Street 25 feet; thence at a right angle southerly 125 feet; thence at a right angle easterly 25
feet; thence at a right angle northerly 125 feet to the point of beginning.
Being a portion of Block “F”, Railroad Homestead Association
APN. Lot 48, Block 7114.
3. A copy of this Order as well as a copy of the Summons and Complaint in this action shall bd
posted on the real property at 245 Broad Street, City and County of San Francisco, State of California within
10 days following the date of this Order.
4, If said-defendant's address is ascertained before the time for publication expires, a copy of tha
summons and this order shall be mailed such-defendants.
