The Court, havingconsidered the otion and evidence ERCORR 28 LLC’s response and evidence, the arguments of counsel, and all other proper evidence under Tex. R. Civ. P. 166a is of the opinion that the Motionshould be GRANTED It is therefore, ORDERED and ADJ UDGED that ERCORR 28, LLC’s lacks standing to enforce the Confession ofJ udgment and is dismissed as a party.
