Texas Family Code Chapter 231 for which discovery is intended to be conducted under Level 2 of Rule 190, Texas Rules
of Civil Procedure.

2          This Court has continuing jurisdiction of the children the subject of this suit because of prior proceedings.

           STEPHANIE MARIE ADAMS           is the mother of the children.    The OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
requests the issuance and service of process on this person in accordance with the attached service information sheet.
                                              PRIOR CHILD SUPPORT ORDER
6          On 11/28/2017   the Court ordered STEPHANIE MARIE ADAMS to pay current child support of $                   monthly
beginning 10/1/2018          monthly thereafter.    The amount and frequency of STEPHANIE MARIE ADAMS's child support
obligation remains unchanged.
