together with all exhibits annexed thereto and upon the prior pleadings and proceedings, and good
cause having been alleged, it is hereby
ORDERED, that all parties in the above-entitled action, or their attorneys, show cause at
IAS Part 1 of this Court, located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York on the _____ day of
______________, 2017 in Room 325 at o’clock in the after/fore noon of that day, or as soon
thereafter as the parties may be heard, why an Order should not be made and entered herein:
1. Relieving Parker Waichman LLP as counsel for Plaintiff;
2. Allowing the placement of liens for attorney’s fees and disbursements made by said
law firm against any recovery made in this action;
3. Allowing Parker Waichman, LLP to retain Plaintiff’s file until such costs and
disbursements are paid; and
4. For such other and further relief as this Court deems just, proper and equitable.
SUFFICIENT reason appearing thereof, service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause,
together with the accompanying supporting papers upon which it was granted, by Certified Mail,
Return Receipt Requested and Regular Mail upon: (a) Plaintiff, Dennis Morgan, at 312 Nora Ridge
Catawba, SC 29704, his last known address, and (b) Defendants Bristol-Myers Squibb Company,
Sanofi-Aventis U.S., L.L.C., Sanofi US Services Inc. and Sanofi-Synthelabo, Inc., by their
attorneys Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, 250 West 55th Street, New York, New York 10019,
within three business days of the entry of this Order shall be deemed good and sufficient service
thereof.
