waived trial by jury, and announced that all matters in controversy between them had been settled
and that the consideration for the settlement had been paid in full. The parties requested from the
Court a judgment that Plaintiff take nothing on the claims against Nicholas Holbrook.
It is ADJUDGED that Plaintiff take nothing by reason of his claims against Nicholas
Holbrook and that court costs be taxed against the party incurring same.
It is ADJUDGED that Plaintiff is denied all relief against Nicholas Holbrook not expressly
granted by this judgment, whether the relief was requested or whether it could have been requested
in this case.
