Plaintiff alleges insufficient and inadequately trained staff cared for resident Josie May Brown at two Golden Living
skilled nursing facilities between 2010 and the present. Defendants deny liability and have not operated either facility
since December 2016. Claims against GLC-Fresno are time-barred. Golden Living denies that Plaintiff incurred any
harm or injury during their care.
