PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the accompanying Memorandum of Law in Support
of Motion, Defendants Sagbolt, LLC (“Sagbolt”), Ocean Properties, Ltd. (“Ocean Properties”),
Portsmouth Corporate Financial Services, Inc. (“PCFSI”) 1, Patrick Walsh and Thomas Guay
(collectively “Defendants”), by and through their undersigned attorneys, shall move this Court
before the Honorable Judge Martin D. Auffredou, at the Warren County courthouse located at
1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York, on the 22nd day of April, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., or as
soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an Order staying enforcement of the Court’s Decision
and Order dated March 22, 2024, pending Defendants’ appeal of said Decision and Order.
