THIS CAUSE having come before the Court and upon agreement of the Parties,
on Defendants, Adrian Rodriguez Chavez and Granny's Garden II, Inc., Motion to Compel
Plaintiff to Respond to Defendants’ Second Set of Expert Interrogatories, Second Set of
Boecher Interrogatories and Second Expert Request to Produce, filed on February 14,
2024, and the Court having been advised that the parties are in agreement, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1 Defendants, Adrian Rodriguez Chavez and Granny’s Garden II, Inc.’s Motion to
Compel Plaintiff to Respond to Defendants’ Second Set of Expert Interrogatories, Second
Set of Boecher Interrogatories and Second Expert Request to Produce is hereby
GRANTED.
2. Plaintiff shall provide full and complete responses by Thursday, February 29, 2024,
including the financial payments between Morgan & Morgan and Dr. Bundy for years

2021, 2022 and 2023 to allow Defense counsel to adequately prepare for Dr. Bundy’s
continued deposition on March 6, 2024.
