Mr. Wolfe will be dismissed from this lawsuit with prejudice; 12 2. Mr. Wolfe will make himself available to provide live testimony at trial; 13 3. The parties will coordinate the date and time for when Mr. Wolfe will 14 need to testify which shall not be before Tuesday, March 12, 2024; 15 4. It is not necessary for Mr. Wolfe to be present for every day of trial; 16 5. Mr. Wolfe has agreed to waive his costs; 17 6.
