22          NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1987(b), which
23 provides that “[t]he giving of notice shall have the same effect as service of a subpoena on the

24 witness, and the parties shall have those rights and the court may make those orders, including the

25 imposition of sanctions, as in the case of a subpoena for the attendance before the court,” that

26 Defendants Bragg and SVRV hereby demand that each and every Plaintiff in the above entitled
27 action appear and testify as a witness at trial set to commence on March 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in
