23          This is to provide notice to the Court and all parties’ counsel that, pursuant to Local Rule
24 3.404(a), and California Rule of Court, Rule 3.1304, Defendants Bragg and SVRV hereby withdraw

25 their Motion to Modify the Monetary Sanctions Award Given by the Court on September 15, 2023,

26 or in the Alternative, to Extend Time to Comply (“Motion”) filed on October 5, 2023. The Motion
27 is currently set for hearing on March 8, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in Dept. 24 of this Court.

                            Defendant Bragg and SVRV’s Notice of Withdrawal of Motion
 1         Defendants make this withdrawal because the monetary sanctions award ordered to be paid

 2 to Plaintiffs on September 15, 2023, has now been paid in full. As such, the Motion is now moot.

 3 Accordingly, Defendants hereby give notice that their Motion should be withdrawn and taken off-

 4 calendar.
