NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS OF MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE ORDER
1 TO THE COURT, ALL PARTIES HEREIN AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:
2 Plaintiffs Robert Arntsen, Mary Lee, Arntsen Family Partnership, LP, Brian Christopher
3 Dunn Custodianship, John Ho, and Quanyu (“Jacky”) Huang hereby notify the Court of violations
4 by all Defendants of the Court’s December 11, 2023 Order:
5 On December 11, 2023, pursuant to Local Rule 3.1100, this Court ordered all parties to
6 appear for a Mandatory Settlement Conference on February 23, 2024. The Court ordered all parties
7 to “lodge with the Court and serve on all other parties a Mandatory Settlement Conference
8 Statement containing any and all information, facts, and details as required by CRC Rule
9 3.1380(c)” “[n]o later than five (5) court days before the initial date set for the Mandatory
10 Settlement Conference” (emphasis added). Five court days before the Mandatory Settlement
11 Conference was February 15, 2024.
12 On February 15, 2024, Plaintiffs Robert Arntsen, Mary Lee, Arntsen Family Partnership,
13 LP, Brian Christopher Dunn Custodianship, John Ho, and Quanyu (“Jacky”) Huang submitted
14 their Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement in compliance with the Court’s December 11,
15 2023 Order, Local Rule 3.1100, and CRC Rule 3.1380(c). However, none of the Defendants—
16 David M. Bragg; Silicon Valley Real Ventures, LLC; Gregory J. Davis; Paramont Woodside, LLC;
17 Paramont Capital, LLC; SVRV 385 Moore, LLC; SVRV 387 Moore, LLC; Kevin Wolfe; Jason
18 Justesen; Monks Family Trust; TEH Capital LLC; Caproc III, LLLC; WZ Partners, LLC; McClan
19 Trust; Wild Rose Irrevocable Trust; Black Horse Holdings, LLC; Phil Stoker; Diane Stoker; Scott
20 O’Neil; and Dale Huish—did so. Defendants David M. Bragg and Silicon Valley Real Ventures,
21 LLC did not submit their Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement until the evening of
22 February 16, 2024. Defendants Gregory J. Davis; Paramont Woodside, LLC; Paramont Capital,
23 LLC; SVRV 385 Moore, LLC; SVRV 387 Moore, LLC; Kevin Wolfe; Jason Justesen; Monks
24 Family Trust; TEH Capital LLC; Caproc III, LLLC; WZ Partners, LLC; McClan Trust; Wild Rose
25 Irrevocable Trust; Black Horse Holdings, LLC; Phil Stoker; Diane Stoker; Scott O’Neil; and Dale
26 Huish still have not submitted a Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement.
27 The Court’s December 11, 2023 Order states that “[s]anctions pursuant to CRC Rule 2.30
28 shall be imposed for any violation . . . The minimum sanction imposed shall be $250.00 payable

1 to the Court; sanctions payable to the Court may be larger where appropriate and will be in addition
2 to appropriate attorney fees and calendar changes.” Thus, each of the following Defendants should
