At the 03/13/2017 Board meeting, a motion was passed to reaffirm that the Association obtains proof of
insurance for your unit. If you are receiving this letter it is because we do not have proof of insurance on
file for your unit.
Accordingly, please provide proof of insurance for the following:
1. Property insurance (minimum coverage: $25,000) covering all personal property within the unit,
including floor, wall, and ceiling coverings, electrical fixtures, appliances, water heaters, water
filters, built-in cabinets and countertops, and window treatments, including curtains, drapes,
blinds, hardware and components.
2. Liability insurance (minimum coverage: $100,000)
If you fail to comply with this request, this may result in the Board levying a fine and/or revoking access
