 1          Upon consideration of the Verified Unopposed Application and Declaration of Gregory L.
 2   Halperin to Appear Pro Hac Vice in this action on behalf of Defendants Meta Platforms, Inc.; Facebook
 3   Holdings, LLC; Facebook Operations, LLC; Facebook Payments, Inc.; Facebook Technologies, LLC;
