         [PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME FOR
                              PAYMENT OF COMPLEX FEES — 22STCV21355
 1          Upon consideration of Defendants’ Unopposed Motion for Additional Time for Payment of
 2   Complex Fees, and for good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED.
 3          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all parties shall submit payment of complex fees pursuant to
 4   Government Code Sections 70616(a) and 70616(b) within 45 days of an Order by this Court coordinating
 5   a case with the JCCP 5255 Coordination Proceeding, notwithstanding any prior order of the Court to the
 6   contrary. This Order applies retroactively to all cases coordinated in the Court’s September 14, 2023
 7   Minute Order and to all cases coordinated in future orders by this Court.
 8          IT IS SO ORDERED.
