NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.420(a), hereby
Voluntarily Dismisses the above-styled action without prejudice. Said dismissal serves as a
discharge of the Lis Pendens filed in the Public Records of Jackson County, Florida, in the above-
styled matter, regarding the below described property:
The East two (2) acres of the West 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the
South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Jackson County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH a 20.00 foot ingress and egress easement
across lands having been previously recorded in Official
Records Book 824, Page 560 of the Public Records of Jackson
County Florida, the centerline of which being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at a concrete monument known as marking the
intersection of the Easterly Right-of-Way boundary of State
Road No. 271 and the Southerly boundary of the South 1/2 of
the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Jackson County, Florida and
run thence N11°17'27"W 10.13 feet to the centerline of a dirt
drive and the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning
and leaving said Easterly Right-of-Way boundary of State Road
No. 271 run along the centerline of said dirt drive thence
