AS COUNSEL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff PRECIOUS CHATMAN (“Plaintiff”) received no

2 opposition to her Motion to be Relieved as Counsel (“Motion”) filed and served on November 8,
3 2023.
4 Based on the December 22, 2023 hearing date on Plaintiff’s Motion, Defendant’s
5 Opposition was due on or before December 11, 2023 (Code of Civil Proc. § 1005(b).) Further,

Defendant’s Opposition was required to be served “be personal delivery, facsimile transmission,
7
express mail, or other means consistent with Sections 1010, 1011, 1012, and 1013, and reasonably

calculated to ensure delivery to the other party or parties not later than the close of the next business

10 day after the time opposing papers or reply papers, as applicable, are filed.” (Code of Civil Proc. §
11 1005(c).)
