Your receptionist directed me to ask you for assistance on a matter. We are representing the owner of 71 English Hill
Road, Whitney Point, NY 13862, and understand you handled the foreclosure action on it back in 2019. We're hoping
you can help resolve an issue that has come up.
The situation is that the property had a mobile home on it when it was foreclosed on. I reviewed the judgment of
foreclosure on the property attached, and it did not include anything on the sale of the mobile home. I have also
attached the pages from the abstract with the notice of pendency and deeds. The problem our client has is that he
cannot sell the real property because he doesn't have title to the mobile home.
If we send you the make, model, year, and serial number, and any other information you need, could you please have
the judgment of foreclosure amended to include the sale of the mobile home? We also need the bill of sale.
We are meeting with our client today at 1, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know if you would help
us.
