Plaintiff ZURICH AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY as subrogee of 250 Broadway
Associates Corp. and 250 Broadway Owner LLC, as the Successor-In-Interest by restructuring
and/or merger, to 250 Broadway Associates Corp.in the above entitled action. I submit this
Affirmation in support of Plaintiff’s Request for a Preliminary Conference.
The Plaintiff commenced this instant action on June 8, 2020 by electronically filing a
Summons and Complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York.
The Defendant has been successfully served and has filed their Answer to the Complaint. The
Plaintiff requests a Preliminary Conference and Order of this Honorable Court to set deadlines
and to structure discovery to be completed.
