Letters Testamentary by Kendall F Turner and Kelly J Turner filed at

I. STATEMENTS AND FACTS
Case CONPS2000O54 was filed on Feb 22, 2020. Mar 04 2020 Kendall
Turner (Turner, he, Kendall) was granted temporary conservatorship
over Betty J. Turner. Tara Reilly granted that conservatorship over my
objection in regards to Kendall is not feet to be in control of someone's
finances or care. That is how I become a party in the case. Kendall has
over 40 years of substance abuse problems. According to Betty J Turner
(Betty, hers, she), he started with weed, codeine (cough syrup), and
more after. Due to his addictions, he dropped out of college in Germany

paid for by his father Gilbert Ray Turner MD (Gilbert, Gil). For two
years he manages to lie to his parents that he is attending college. He
was charging his father an American Express card to have parties and
grogs. According to Betty, he is a pathological liar and for him is easier
ofiflau-AHN—
to lie than to tell the truth. That is a desist-like kleptomaniac. Kendall
is not capable of taking care of himself never mind of others. Sometime
in 2016, his father Gil retired due to the early stage of dimension.
Kendall and his wife Jennifer refused to take care of Gil. There was a
report that Gil was roaming on the streets, asking people to give him a
ride. Gils’s fridge had no food or any means to survive according to
Gils’s sister Nona, or people who visit Gils’s home. They informed
Betty
about it but she always said “He made his bed let him lie in it”. She had
no sympathy for Gil whatsoever. At this time Gil's firstborn son Kurk
came from North Carolina and flew Gil back to NC. He was placed in am
Alzheimer’s nursing home and a Guardianship petition was filed on 08-

Kendall lies that Gilbert is married to Betty until his death.
