Decedent died intestate. Petitioner was appointed as Administrator of this estate by order
July 12, 2021. Petitioner qualified as Administrator and Letters of Administration were issued t0
her 0n July 12, 2021, and are still in force and effect. At all times since issuance of Letters,
now is the Administrator of decedent's estate.
