Beer World, Inc., earlier today. Pursuant to Paragraph 2, of the Purchase and Sale agreement
between the above captioned parties, this cancellation triggers the disbursement of the Escrow
Fund which you are holding on behalf of my client.
I expect this transfer to be completed by close of business Friday, January 27, 2023. I
annex herewith our wiring instructions and ask that you confirm that the same has been
transferred on or before Friday, January 27, 2023. Please be guided accordingly.

PLLC and we have annexed them hereto as Exhibit A. In your December 30, 2022, email to Mr.
DeVoesick, the prior landlord's attorney, you advised that should the extension of the liquor
license contingency not be granted that you are terminating and canceling the lease. Please be
advised that as of that date, my client, KPL Green LLC, was the landlord and owner in
possession of the above captioned premises and at no time was any extension granted. Therefore,
we accept your client, Crazy Beer World, Inc.'s, termination of the Lease.

Just checking in on this. The tenant is looking for an extension on SLA approval to March 15, 2023 based upon
the liquor authority told the broker. SLA is still working on applications from May 2022 right now and our tenant filed in
