                        WHEREAS Petitioners instituted this action against Respondents for the purposes of
                seeking enforcement of a judgment issued by this Court in the matter of Gao., et. al. v. Liang, et.
                al., Index No.: 154921/2018 against Ethan Chen Liang (“Judgment Debtor”) in favor of
                Petitioners in the total sum of $658,178.56, dated September 12, 2022 (the “Judgment”);

                       WHEREAS it is alleged in the Petition and supported by certified records from the
                Department of State of the State of New York that Ethan Chen Liang is the sole member of
                Ethan Liang 117 East 57th Street #29A LLC (the “LLC”);

                         WHEREAS the Petition seeks for Petitioners to be assigned the Judgment Debtor’s
                interest in the LLC until the Judgment is satisfied;

                           WHEREAS      the Petition was fully submitted May 8, 2023 without opposition;

                           NOW it is hereby:

                ORDERED, ADJUDGED              AND DECREED, that the Petition is granted such that Petitioners are
                hereby assigned Respondent Ethan Chen Liang’s membership interest in the distribution and
                allocation of profits and losses of the LLC until Petitioner’s Judgment plus interest as to and
                against Ethan Chen Liang is satisfied, and it is further

                ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Petitioners are granted all rights that
                Respondent Ethan Chen Liang has with respect to the LLC, including all rights to liquidate
                assets, declare distributions, and access all of the company’s books and records, until Petitioner’s
                Judgment plus interest as to and against Ethan Chen Liang is satisfied

                This constitutes the Decision, Order and Judgment of the court.
