           Good morning,

          I am incoming counsel for defendants Nathan Hirsh, Benjamin Mutzen and 16th Street Regency LLC,
          pursuant to the attached Notice of Appearance. I have copied Plaintiff’s counsel, Alexandra Heaney,
          Esq.

          Plaintiff’s motion for a judgment of foreclosure (MSN 7) is returnable for the first time on May 18,
          2023. The parties have stipulated to adjourn the motion to July 31, 2023, or as soon thereafter as
          counsel may be heard, pursuant to the attached Stipulation. We respectfully request that the Court
          mark its calendar accordingly.

          On a related note, the parties have stipulated to convert this “paper” case to NYSCEF electronic
          filing. I submitted the e-filing conversion stipulation to the County Clerk via EDDS upload earlier this
          week.
