l. I object to the matter being heard by the temporary judge Commissioner
Margaret V Beare, the commissioner already has been given non-stipulation
0n hearing in the same matter dated 07—20-2023. Minute Order Exhibit A
attached thereto.
2. I object t0 continuing the hearing of 07-20-2023 t0 be called “Continued
Party's motion” I have never been given the opportunity t0 make any kind 0f
statement including making oral motions. Exhibit B thereto attached.
3. I object to the actions ofCommissioner Beare to schedule a hearing in which

2 Commissioner Bcare got that day from judicial assistant Rachele Andrews.
3 Her main purpose for being in the courtroom is to manage the Judge’s
4 schedule. Here we go on 09-1 1-2023 Commissioner Beare takes over Judge
s Michelle Gilleece‘s workload for a number of weeks for the second time.
6 4. This is an abuse ofjudicia] discretion, abuse ofjudicial resources, and
managerial skills of the supervising Judge lack thereof. ls hard for me to
8 fathom the idea Judge will appoint Commissioner Beare
that a supervising
9 that has received non-stipulation on 07-20-23 to get a stipulation from me on
10 09- 8-2023.
