attorney,      William D. Mount,    Jr.,   are accepted as true                          and incorporated herein as       if set forth at



length.


          2.        Plaintiff   MARIO GARZA CASANOVA exercised due diligence through

TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES GROUP at their places of business 11110

Bellaire Blvd #225, Houston, Texas 77072 and at 21702 Park Brook Drive, Katy, Texas 77450.

       3.      The Court finds as evidenced by the affidavits of Gary F. Hodges and William D.

Mount, Jr. that the business address of Defendants TEXAS REAL ENERGY,

INCORPORATED, INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND

ASSOCIATES GROUP and ARTURO JORGE AGUILERA, INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a

TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES GROUP or other places where Defendants can

be found is 21702 Park Brook Drive, Katy, Texas 77450.

       4.      The manner of service ordered herein will be reasonably effective in giving

Defendants TEXAS REAL ENERGY, INCORPORATED, INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a

TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES GROUP and ARTURO JORGE

AGUILERA, INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES

GROUP notice of the suit.

       IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that service of citation may be made on Defendants

TEXAS REAL ENERGY, INCORPORATED, INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a TEXAS

REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES GROUP and ARTURO JORGE AGUILERA,

INDIVIDUALLY, AND d/b/a TEXAS REAL ENERGY AND ASSOCIATES GROUP by

leaving a true copy of the citation with a copy of the petition and this order attached to the

citation with anyone over sixteen years of age or by securely attaching the citation, petition and

this order with tape on the front door at 21702 Park Brook Drive, Katy, Texas 77450.
