numbered cause, wherein Vashone Rhodes is Plaintiff, and GEICO County Mutual Insurance
Company is a Defendant. Plaintiff and Defendant appeared by their respective attorneys of record
and announced that all matters in controversy asserted against GEICO County Mutual Insurance
Company have been compromised and settled and the consideration therefore paid in full. The
parties thereupon jointly requested the Court to enter partial Judgment dismissing the claims of the
Plaintiff against Defendant GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company, with prejudice to the right
to refile, with all court costs to be taxed against the party incurring same. It is, therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this all causes of action asserted by Plaintiff
against Defendant GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company be and they are hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE, and Defendant GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company is hereby in all
things discharged. All costs of Court related thereto are assessed upon the party incurring same.
A11 relief sought between the parties hereto which is not expressly granted is denied. This Order is
not final, does not dispose of all parties and claims, and shall have no effect on any other party.
